Returns Policy

To receive a refund for a return , your item must be in the same condition as it was when received, unworn, unused with the original tags and hygeine strips present. Please ensure there is no evidence of wear such as stains. All of our returns are inspected by a team memeber and in the event a staff member concludes the item has been used or does not meet any of the above, your refund may be declined. If you would like to speak to us about this please contact us.

Returns through marketplaces such as Amazon, Tic Toc or Ebay must be processed through the marketplace portal. For all other returns please email simplyshapewear@yahoo.com.
